Asman bin Hassan is from a family whose roots are in the Gulf. He started his trade at a young age of eighteen years. His family worked in selling wood, making furniture and real estate. He derived some of his experiences from his father and worked in real estate during the boom in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the year 1975 AD. Then bin Hassan began in the year 1989 to buy, sell and build real estate as well as He started in the field of education, educational tools and transportation for students, then he worked in buying and opening large lands and building villas. He was the first to build duplexes in the Kingdom, and the villas are of high quality. He is now working from an iron factory to foodstuffs until he started his real estate activity again.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a Master’s in Marketing, and a Master’s degree in Psychology.
